What is the typical lead time for custom gear?
Most of our ultralight apparel and gear is handcrafted to order. Standard production time ranges from 1 to 2 weeks, though this may vary during peak hiking seasons.
How do I determine the correct size for my technical apparel?
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. We recommend measuring your actual dimensions over your base layers to ensure a perfect fit for our performance-cut garments.
What is your return policy for worn items?
We accept returns on items in new, sellable condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, technical apparel that has been worn on-trail cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our gear globally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and preferred carrier.
How should I wash and care for my ultralight fabrics?
To maintain the integrity of technical fabrics, we recommend hand washing with a gentle, tech-specific detergent and air drying. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and high-heat dryers.
Does my purchase include a warranty?
All Zpacks products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear or accidental damage sustained during use.
